Out of stock items: If an item is out of stock or on backorder, there is no current estimated processing or delivery time.

Creative Labs is committed to providing the highest quality products and service to our customers. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns policy:
- Unwanted products - Under 30 days no quibble
- Replacement/Refund - Under 30 days faulty
- Repair/Replacement - Over 30 days faulty
We will only accept unwanted products for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date, provided goods are in an unopened and re-saleable condition. The product must be returned to us in the original box, with manuals, cables, disks and any free software items.
If your product arrives defective or Dead On Arrival (DOA), you may return it to The Creative Labs Online Store Team for a replacement or credit within 30 days of the invoice date.
Prior to returning the product, please be sure that you have been issued an RMA number by The Creative Labs Online Store.
All opened non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement (including manuals, cables, disks and any free software items).
If you find that you have a problem with your Creative Labs product and believe that it needs to be repaired or replaced, you can contact the European Technical Support Team.
They will establish the nature of the problem and supply details on our over 30 days repair policy.
Creative Labs requires that all over 30 days repair/replacement must first be issued with a Return of Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
In order to properly log and respond to your request, you must obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number prior to returning the product. To obtain this RMA number,
please contact The Creative Labs Online Store.
- Unwanted products that are returned to us will only be accepted if they are in an unused, unopened and re-saleable condition, and returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date.
- We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. Do wrap the product with adequate packaging to prevent this from happening.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the wrapping/box. It will also help us to process the return quickly if you enclose a detailed description of the fault.
- Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
- Any carriage fees in these instances are not refundable.
- Once the return is received, please allow 5-8 working days for credit.
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

- Where appropriate, the cost of returning the item will be refunded to you.
- On receipt of the return, we will test the product according to the fault you have stated. Following the testing process, if the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you. The carriage cost of this return will be your responsibility.Once the return is received please allow 5-8 working days for credit. (If applicable)
